Tolko Pile Burning Above Westside Road

The OKIB Territorial Stewardship Division has been notified that Tolko is conducting pile burning in the hills above Westside Road today, December 16th.
 
Tolko has confirmed that venting will be good over coming days based on weather conditions, so they will have crews out to the OKAS blocks today.
 
Work will take place in the OKAS blocks above Bradley Creek.
 
You may see smoke or a visible glow from the burn locations. Work is expected to continue over the next few days if conditions stay favorable.
 
Crews will continue to monitor the area closely to ensure the burn remains controlled and safe.
