IS Business Analyst – City of Vernon

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Digital Transformation, this position supports the City’s digital transformation efforts through the analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise business solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, the position translates business needs into effective technology outcomes, driving process optimization and contributing to the administration and enhancement of enterprise applications, including the City’s ERP-HCM platform. 

The Specialist will be highly analytical, curious, and able to think critically and solve challenging problems. They will be independently motivated and interested in improving efficiencies and processes within the organization, be excellent team members, and be willing and able to contribute positively to the City.
