Community Update: OKIB Group of Companies Community Information Meeting and Career Open House

The Okanagan Indian Band Group of Companies (OKIBGC) invites Members to a community information meeting and meet and greet on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Head of the Lake Hall.

This is an opportunity to learn more about the Group of Companies, the businesses it operates, current projects and its plans for the future. Members will also have an opportunity to review financial statements, meet staff, ask questions and share their ideas about the future of OKIBGC.

Members interested in employment are encouraged to attend to learn about job opportunities with OKIBGC and its companies, explore available training and career development opportunities, and speak directly with staff about potential career paths within the Group of Companies.

Members are encouraged to attend, ask questions and share their vision for how OKIBGC can continue to grow, create opportunities and contribute to the long-term success of the Band.

Please note: This is an informal information meeting, not a formal presentation. Members are welcome to drop in at any time between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to meet staff, learn more about OKIBGC, explore employment opportunities and ask questions.

Pizza and refreshments will be provided, and Members will have an opportunity to win door prizes.
