syilx Health Career Access Program

The Syilx Health Career Access Program (HCAP) is a paid learning pathway for community members who want to become Mental Health & Addictions Support Workers.

We are currently gathering names for the September 2026 cohort. Information sessions will be offered before applications open.

Requirements

Must be a Syilx Okanagan Nation member

Grade 12 (or equivalent) or 19+ years old
