NOTICE: Appointment Wait Times at the OKIB Medical Clinic

We wish to inform you that the OKIB Medical Clinic is currently experiencing extended wait times for appointments. This situation is due to:

• Increased demand for services
• Limited provider availability
• Seasonal illnesses impacting the community

We understand how frustrating delays can be and want to assure you that our team is doing everything possible to manage schedules, triage urgent needs, and maintain quality care.

 What to Expect:

• Routine appointments may be scheduled 1–3 weeks in advance
• Urgent care will be prioritized based on medical necessity
• Walk-ins will be seen based on clinical urgency and provider availability
• Prescription refills require 3–5 business days notice

 How You Can Help:

• Book your appointments early whenever possible
• Cancel appointments you no longer need to free up space for others
• Be understanding with our front desk and nursing staff—they are working hard to help everyone
