The Professional Lands Manager Certification Program (PLMCP), offered through the National Aboriginal Lands Managers Association (NALMA), is an excellent opportunity for Okanagan Indian Band (OKIB) community members interested in land management. OKIB will be selecting one candidate to attend the University of Saskatchewan’s Kanawayihetaytan Askiy (KA) Program starting in September 2025. This fully funded training covers tuition, travel, and expenses.
