Way’ Members,

Please be advised that there is an upcoming planned UXO disposal operation which will involve a detonation. This work is being carried out by MRS Management in support with OKIB

Operation time
November 6th, 2025
-12:00pm to 3:00pm
Detonation expected between 12:00pm and 1:00pm.

Madeline Lake Road will be closed during the operation for public safety and community members are asked to avoid the area and follow all posted instructions.

Anyone wishing to observe may attend a safety briefing at the Community Hall in Cow Town on November 6th at 11:30am and MRS Staff will escort observers to a designated safe viewing location.

The OKIB Fire Department will be on site during the procedure.
