The fire has now been contained. Crews will remain on scene to monitor the situation as needed.

Way’ Members,

Please be advised that there is a new fire start on St Anne’s Hill, along Highway 97. The OKIB EOC is monitoring the situation, and the OKIB Fire Department, Spallumcheen Fire Department and BC Wildfire Service are responding. Please stay clear of the area and give crews space to work.
