Reminder: Service Canada Visit

Need help with CPP, EI, disability benefits, or a SIN? A Service Canada representative will be visiting OKIB at the Bluebird Building (Mental Wellness Centre) on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with a short lunch break).

 Support available for:

• Canada Pension Plan (CPP)
• Employment Insurance (EI)
• Canada Disability Benefit
• Old Age Security & Guaranteed Income Supplement
• Disability, Survivor, and Death benefits

 Please come prepared, if possible

If you’re planning to attend, please bring:

 Your banking information (a void cheque, if available)
 Your cell phone

CPP entitlement amounts cannot be checked on-site. However, staff can help set up a My Service Canada Account.

A cell phone is required to complete the sign-up, and once registered, you’ll be able to view your CPP information online if needed.
