Pre/Post natal Gift Card Program Ending as of September 1st, 2025

We want to inform all participants that the Pre/Postnatal Gift Card Program will end on September 1, 2025, due to budget reallocation. Gift cards previously given during prenatal appointments and child well visits/immunizations will no longer be available after this date.

We recognize that this program has provided valuable support to many families during the prenatal and postnatal periods. While the gift card program will end, clients will still have access to nutritional support through the Pre/Postnatal Good Food Box Program.
