Who is it for?
-Infants over 12 months who have not received their first dose of the measles vaccine
-Children aged 4-6 who have not received their second dose of the measles vaccine
-Children over 6 who have not received any or a second dose of the measles vaccine
-Adults (born in or after 1970) who are unimmunized or only partially immunized for measles
-Anyone who is unsure of their measles immunity status
