Calling all grade 12 students interested in joining BC Wildfire Services Jr. Fire Crew

Every summer the Vernon Fire Zone trains a group of grade 12 students with the protentional to work with them for the season. It’s an opportunity for students to learn what it takes to be a wildland firefighter in BC. They will spend every day training, working as part of a team on work projects, and responding to wildland fires with their crews.
