-Develops real estate for the Okanagan Indian Band and manages and holds capital assets

OKIB Construction LP

-OKIB Construction LP operates as a construction and construction management entity for the Okanagan Indian Band which focuses on building capacity through joint ventures, strategic alliances, and revenue-sharing agreements

OKIB Forestry LP

-Engages in forestry and forest resource management operations

-Collaborates with key forest harvesting and service operators to achieve harvest and reclamation targets for OKIBGC

OKIB Operations LP

-Establishes partnerships both on and off Reserve including but not limited to Kode Contracting and Aggregate, UXO removal and fire recovery.
