It was developed with the goal of keeping Indigenous\nchildren and youth connected to their Indigenous families\, communities\, and culture. \nOkanagan Indian Band is pleased to have these two speakers share their expertise about Bill C92 and\ntheir extensive work in this field. \n-André Bear\, B. Ed\, J.D. is a Nêhîyaw (Plains-Cree) educator and advocate of inherent Title and Rights.\n-J.C.
