DESCRIPTION:Youth MMA Classes \nGrades 1-7 \nPlease join us as we resume our kids MMA classes. We are excited to see familiar faces and encourage new friends to try it out! \nWhat to expect: \n-Classes begin 4:30pm – 5:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays \n-Warm ups/stretches\, 1-2 jiu-jitsu or kickboxing techniques\, followed by a game \n-We are learning to have fun\, be safe and fail gracefully \n  \nCoaches: Rylie Marchand & Taylor LaLonde \n  \nClasses will run from  to the end of June\, excluding spring break ( March 18th-28th) \n  \nPlease register with the Youth Activities Coordinator and fill out a waiver \nBrendon Caron: activities@okangan.org \nBlank MMA Waiver \n \n
