DESCRIPTION:TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT: \nCall 250-542-5094 or email okibrn@okanagan.org\nPlease provide:  \n• your name\n• birthdate and/or carecard number\n• and phone number when booking.\nWe can provide 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd \, booster and second booster doses\n(see eligibility below for second booster doses).\nModerna and Pfizer vaccine available.\nAges 5 and up. \nWHO CAN GET A SECOND BOOSTER DOSE (4TH DOSE)\nTo protect people most at risk\, some people can get a second booster dose.\nA second booster offers extra protection against severe illness. \nCURRENT ELIGIBILITY\nYou can only get your second booster if you meet current eligibility\nand it’s been 6 months since your first booster dose. \nSENIORS AND INDIGENOUS PEOPLE\nYou are eligible to book an appointment for your second booster if you are:\n• 70 years and older\n• 55 years and older and Indigenous\nIf you have any questions about eligibility or COVID-19 vaccines\nplease call a Community Health Nurse.\nYou can reach Melanie or Chelan at 250-542-5094 \n
