Calls for the Community Safety Officer and Bylaw Officer will be placed to the centralized screening number during the business hours of Okanagan Indian Band for officers to be dispatched to complaints and bylaw violations. Calls made direct to an officer phone or email or text during regular business hours must be redirected by the officer to the dispatch clerk for centralized screening.

A call to dispatch after regular hours will be directed to voice mail. It is recommended to leave contact information; the nature of the complaint and any details will be reviewed on the next business day.
