The Community Development Division of the Okanagan
Indian Band is responsible for the construction, operations
and maintenance of all the Band owned and operated facilities
and assets. These include but are not limited to the following:
Administration buildings, parks, roads, water systems, signage,
solid waste disposal and Fire Protection Services. The department
also construction, administration and management of Social
Housing units, the administration of the Individual Housing
Subsidy Program and the administration of renovation projects
for private homeowners.
